Needle-punching Filter Fabric Production Line
Production Process Flow
Fiber packaging → Unpacking machine → Multi-bin blending machine → Coarse loosening → Fine loosening → Air pressure cotton box → Double-lap double-fork combing machine → Cross laying machine → Pre-needling → Multiple main needling machines (densely needled) → Heat setting machine → (Optional: Brushing machine, calendering machine) → Online weight/air permeability testing → Edge cutting → Storage → Rolling up
Subsequent offline processes: PTFE impregnation, coating, water-repellent and oil-resistant treatment, and cutting and sewing of filter bags.
Equipment Configuration
  • Opening and Mixing Unit
    Bag opening, multi-bin mixing, coarse/fine carding; High-temperature fibers (PPS/aramid) have few impurities, high precision requirements for fiber blending, strict formula ratio; Fiberglass version requires dust-proof protection.
  • Feeding and Combing Unit
    Pressure cotton box quantification; Double-lap double-filament combing machine, higher uniformity of fiber web than ordinary home textile needle-punching, directly affecting the deviation of air permeability.
  • Cross-laying Machine
    Multi-layer stacking of nets, ensuring that the longitudinal and transverse strength are close, and the filter bag is evenly stressed.
  • Needle-punching Unit (Core)
    Pre-punching + 2 to 4 main needle-punching machines (multiple progressive encryption); The filter material cannot be punched suddenly, otherwise the pores will be blocked and the air permeability will deteriorate; Select filter-specific fine needle; High-end equipped with Fehrer/Dilo needle-punching machine head.
  • Key Configurations in Later Stage
    Heat setting oven: Eliminate internal stress, stabilize size, prevent filter bag from shrinking and deforming at high temperature;
    Optional carding + polishing: Surface is flat, reduces dust embedding, easy for cleaning.
  • Online Inspection & Control
    Online monitoring of surface density and air permeability (ordinary needle-punching lines generally do not have online air permeability inspection); Cutting edge, storage, automatic winding, PLC full-line linkage; Dust removal system, explosion-proof in high-temperature fiber workshop.
