Hard Wadding & Bond-free Wadding Production Line
Complete Process Flow

Electronic weighing unboxing machine → Pre-opening → Fine opening → Mixed cotton box / Vibrating cotton feeder → Combing machine (single or double tinels are available) → Cross laying machine → Hot air oven (heat setting) → Heat setting machine (optional) → Servo slicing / Conveying machine

  • Mixing and Opening: Mix 4080 low-melting fibers and three-dimensional hollow polyester fibers in proportion, using electronic weighing for the ratio. Multi-level opening to disperse the fiber clusters.
  • Combing and Laying: The combing machine separates the fibers into uniform thin nets. The cross laying machine superimposes them to reach the target thickness and weight.
  • Hot Air Setting (Core Station): The oven at 120-170°C penetrates with hot air, melting the low-melting fibers, cooling them and making them adhere to each other to form rigid and resilient hard cotton sheets.
  • Post-processing: Heat setting and smoothing, then either continuous rolling or cutting into sheets (either roll form or sheet form can be the output).
