Process Flow
Jute bag → Unpacking machine → Coarse loosening (enhanced, breaking up the knots) → Multi-bin blending machine (Jute + PET mixed in proportion) → Fine loosening → Air pressure cotton box → Reinforced double-lap combing machine → Cross laying machine → Pre-needling → Main needling (heavy-duty needling machine) → (Optional heat setting / polishing) → Online weight detection → Edge cutting → Storage → Rolling up
Key Points: The yellow Jute dust is large and there are many Jute knots. A full set of high-power dust removal systems are provided along the entire line; the combing needle fabric should be selected as wear-resistant hard needle fabric to prevent rapid wear.
