Production Process Flow
Fiber packaging → Unpacking machine → Multi-bin blending machine → Coarse loosening → Fine loosening → Air pressure cotton box → Single/Dual Liner Combing Machine → Cross Laying Machine → Pre-needling → Main needling → (Optional heat setting / polishing roller) → Online weight detection → Edge cutting → Storage → Rolling up
Producing Kebu: Raw material is PP polypropylene staple fiber, with a low melting point of polypropylene, the heat setting temperature must be reduced.
Producing sofa needle-punched fabric: Raw material is PET polyester staple fiber, it can be mixed with hollow fibers to enhance the resilience.

  • Opening and Mixing System: Bag opening machine, multi-bin mixing, coarse loosening, fine loosening, can mix with edge and corner waste materials; for producing Kebu, anti-static measures must be taken, as polypropylene has a large static electricity
  • Feeding and Combing: Air pressure cotton box for quantitative feeding, single roving is sufficient (high-end uses double roving to improve uniformity)
  • Cross-laying Net Machine: Thin-weight Kebu does not require a thick layer of netting; thick sofa interlayer fabric requires multiple layers of laying netting
  • Needle-punching Unit (Core Difference Point): Pre-punching + 1 to 2 main needle-punching machines
    • Kebu: Medium-high density needle-punched, aiming for high tensile strength, low elongation, and less prone to tearing, with a tight fabric surface to prevent springs from being punctured
    • Sofa filling needle-punched fabric: Medium needle-punching, retaining a certain softness
  • Optional Later Section: Heat setting oven / embossing roller (after embossing, the surface of Kebu becomes flat, reducing fraying)
  • Online density detection, trimming, storage rack, automatic winding, PLC full-line linkage
  • Dust removal system (home furnishing products have high requirements for fallen fibers)
